Return and Exchange Policy
At URE Jewellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date for eligible items. All you need to do is raise a request from your URE Jewellery account or email us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please read the following guidelines carefully:
Return
1) Eligibility:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received to be eligible for return.
2) Initiating a Return:
Contact our customer support team at

Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
3) Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4) Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5) COD Orders:
Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be credited to your URE Jewellery account as store credit.
Exchanges
1) Eligibility:
Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong item.
2) Initiating an Exchange:
Contact our customer support team at 📧 ure.jewellery@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide your order number, details of the issue, and the item you would like in exchange.
3) Exchange Process:
Once your exchange request is approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the item.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will promptly ship the replacement to you.
